• Fill out this form to allow us to track your items during the gear sale. After you complete the form you fill be assigned a seller number. See below for more on tagging/sale logistics. 

• Set your price: We will keep track of your sales. You keep 90%, the Chicago Rubber Club keeps 10% as a consignment fee.

• All items are sold as-is, the seller makes no warranty on any item for sale.

• Seller agrees to hold harmless Mr. International Rubber and the Chicago Rubber Club for any damage or loss sustained to items offered for sale. We will have volunteers assisting with fitting rooms, trying on items. 

• Seller has willingly chosen to sell items and understands that items are submitted on a voluntary basis.

• Seller reserves the right to withdraw any and all unsold items from the sale at any time

• Seller agrees that 10% of the sale price of the item shall be retained by the Chicago Rubber Club as consignment fee.

• Seller agrees to claim any unsold items and money by 5:00 p.m. Sunday, October 22, 2023. Any items and/or money not claimed will be donated to the Chicago Rubber Club.

• Be patient. The gear-swap is high traffic and we will be attempting to regulate as best as we can. 

• Keep track of seller numbers. The seller tags belong with specific items. Do not get them separated. If they do get separated, please alert us immediately

• Be respectful of the gear you try on to prevent blowouts.

• Need cash? We'll hold items for 1 hour while you go to the nearest ATM.

• Yes, you can bring donated items to the Gear swap for drop off

• If you are unable to attend MIR, but would like to donate items please email us to coordinate drop-off (within the city) or mail delivery. 

• All donated items will be priced well and sales will benefit the Chicago Rubber Club. The Chicago Rubber Club produces events such as Chicago Fetish Weekend, Fetish Cabaret, Midwest Rubber. In addition to these events the Chicago Rubber Club makes at least 1 charitable donation throughout the year. 

• Yes, the Gear Swap is cash only

• The Chicago Rubber Club is working on becoming a 501(c)4 organization that would allow us to take non-cash payments. We plan on having this completed for MIR28 in 2024

The commission covers the cost of vending at MIR, and helps support our programing thoughout the year. Visit our events page to learn more about the types of events we run!

While the majority of the Gear Swap is clothing, we have had donations of books, toys, boots, art, etc. All kink related items are more than welcome! Please make sure all clothing items are cleaned prior to selling. 

• You may check-out at anytime, however the Chicago Rubber Club can not process partial checkouts. 

• You may collect any unsold items and collect the cash from your sold items. 

• Any items or cash uncollected by 5PM on Sunday are considered a donation.
